Our Guarantee

At Og Next Gen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Perishable or hygiene-related products (e.g. disposable socks, toothbrushes)
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Items marked as Final Sale

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at ognextgen01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ognextgen01@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item) — we cover return shipping
  • If the return is due to change of mind — return shipping is the customer's responsibility
