Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over $35 USD
  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 on orders under $35 USD
  • Express Shipping: $12.99 flat rate (all regions)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website or through our store. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

  • If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours and local post office first.
  • If your package is lost in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days of the order date and we will investigate with the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
